 Authors are required to use the following format and send their papers in two separate files:

 -A cover page

 -paper without the name(s) of author(s) and any information.

 1. A cover page should include the following items:

      1.1 Title: Title should be concise and informative.

      1.2 Author name(s) and their affiliations.  author(s) affiliation(s) should be presented below the name(s): Department, University, City, Country.

 Provide the full postal address of each affiliation(s).

      1.3 Email of corresponding author.

2. The paper without the name(s) of author(s) and any information (articles should not exceed 10000 words)

      2.1 Title: Titles should be concise and informative.

      2.2 Abstract: It should not exceed 300 words.

      2.3 Keywords: Provide a maximum of 6 keywords.

      2.4 Introduction: Includes explanation of the problem

      2.5 The main part of the paper: Includes theoretical debate and frameworks, methodology, research results, analysis or discussion

      2.6 Discussion

      2.7 Conclusion

      2.8 Acknowledgment (if necessary)

Notes:

  1. The manuscript is not submitted to another journal or that it is not part of a book due for publication. For this reasons we have to ask you to sign the enclosed statement of intention and send it along with the manuscript. Scientific conference articles accompanied with significant changes and new contents can be reviewed.
  2. Only papers in English language are accepted.
  3. In papers with more than one writer, writers should choose one author as a corresponding author. Otherwise, the first writer will be automatically chosen as the corresponding author.
  4. All manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word 2007 (or upper) format with 1 line spacing. Please use 10- point Times New Roman. Margins should be 3-centimeters on the top, bottom, and sides. 
  5. Articles should not exceed 10000 words, and they should be submitted online through IRPL website.
  6. Chicago 17th author-date standard should be used for the References format.You can use this online Manual for Chicago 17th author-date style: https://files.taylorandfrancis.com/tf_chicagoad.pdf
  7. In adjusting tables, figures and pictures the following points should be followed.
    • Table information should not be represented as picture and figure in the article. Numbers and titles of tables should be written on the tables and the title of maps, pictures and figures should be written under the table.
    • Each column should have its title and unit of measurement. All of the columns numbers should have unit measure.
    • Pictures and maps should be clear, and should have scale.
  8. Received papers after the initial review will be placed in the peer review process and the final decision about acceptance or rejection by the editorial board will be issued.
  9. IRPL Quarterly reserves the rights to reject, publish and/or edit papers.
  10. The authors are responsible for accuracy and inaccuracy of the article contents.
